Your neighbourhood,
now a chat away.
Message the shops around you, build a cart together, and pay by UPI, then pick it up or get it delivered. The kirana, bakery and chemist you already trust, now in one friendly chat.
From “do you have…” to done, in one chat.
Find your shops
Open Localite and see the kirana, bakery and chemist right around you, sorted by how close they are.
Chat & build your cart
Message them just like you would on WhatsApp. Ask what's in stock, add items, and get a clear bill back.
Pay & collect
Pay by UPI or put it on your khata. Pick it up when you're passing, or have it delivered to your door.
Built around how your neighbourhood already shops.
No app gymnastics, no anonymous sellers. Just the shops you know, made a little easier to reach.
Chat, don't fill forms
Order the way you already talk to your shopkeeper. No endless menus to dig through.
UPI, built in
Pay securely from the chat with the UPI app you already use, the moment you're ready.
Keep a khata
Run a tab with the shops you trust, and settle it whenever it suits you.
Pickup or delivery
Every shop shows exactly what it offers, so there's never a surprise at checkout.
In your language
Every screen comes in 12 Indian languages and English, so you shop in the one you think in.
Always nearby
These are the shops on your street, not a warehouse on the other side of the city.
Bring your shop online in an afternoon.
No website to build, no commissions eating your margins. Take orders on chat, manage your stock, and get paid by UPI, and keep your regulars on a khata, just like you always have.
List in minutes
Set up your shop, add your inventory, and start taking orders the very same day.
Orders, organised
Each order arrives as a clean, itemised bill you can confirm or tweak in a tap.
Get paid by UPI
Money lands straight in your account, or extend a khata to the regulars you trust.
Reach your locals
Show up for the customers already living and walking right around your shop.
Share it with your regulars so they can join Localite and start ordering from you.
Human by design. Private by default.
Localite is people talking to people: real customers, real shopkeepers. We work hard to keep it that way, and to keep your data yours.
Only you and your shop
Chats are end-to-end encrypted, so only you and your shop can read them. Not even Localite.
Your data stays yours
We don't sell your information. Delete your account from the app anytime. Shops keep their record of your past orders and chats.
Talk to the shop itself
You chat directly with the people who run the shop. No middlemen, no call centres.
No spam, ever
Notifications only for your own orders and the shops you've chosen to talk to. Nothing else.
Good to know.
Ready when you are
Say hello to the shops around you.
